变形温度对含铌微合金钢显微组织与硬度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 含铌微合金钢广泛应用于管线钢、汽车板材钢和钢轨,其优良的性能可以达到对钢材硬度、韧性、抗腐蚀性的要求.随着管线工程、汽车工业、铁路的迅速发展,对含铌微合金钢的研究也更加重要.以含铌微合金钢为研究对象,利用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟机在不同变形温度下对实验钢进行热变形,分析得到应力应变曲线;通过蔡司金相显微镜,观察实验钢的金相组织和原奥氏体组织,并统计晶粒尺寸的大小;采用维氏硬度计对实验钢的硬度进行了测量;显微组织观察表明,经热变形处理后,实验钢的主要组织类型为铁素体和板条状贝氏体;在相同条件下,随着变形温度的升高,得到的奥氏体晶粒越大,硬度越低. Nb Microalloyed steels are widely used in pipeline steel,automobile plate steel and rail,and their excellent performance can meet the requirements for steel hardness,toughness and corrosion resistance.The research on Nb Microalloyed steels has become more and more important with the rapid development of pipeline engineering,automobile industry and railway.Nb Microalloyed steel was used as the research object,the experimental steel was hot deformed by using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator at different deformation temperatures,and the stress and strain curves were analyzed.The microstructure and original Austenite microstructure of the experimental steel were observed using the microscope of Zeiss,and the size of the grains was calculated.The hardness of the experimental steel was measured with Vickers hardness tester.The microscopic observation showed that the main microstructure of the experimental steel is ferrite and lath-like Bainite after heat deformation treatment.Under the same conditions,with the increase of deformation temperature,the larger the Austenite grains are,the lower the hardness is.
