有机玻璃阴道塞用于宫颈癌后装治疗护理的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨有机玻璃阴道塞用于宫颈癌后装治疗护理效果。方法选择外照射治疗结束后需要做阴道后装宫颈癌患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,研究组用有机玻璃塞治疗阴道后装,对照组用自制多层纱布阴道塞治疗阴道后装。观察比较两组患者放射性膀胱炎、直肠炎发生情况和治疗满意度。结果研究组患者的满意程度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05),研究组放射性膀胱炎、直肠炎的发生率5.00%、2.50%均低于对照组20.00%、25.00%(P<0.05)。结论后装腔内放疗都会出现不同程度直肠和膀胱放疗不良反应,有机玻璃阴道塞用于宫颈癌后装治疗可明显降低并发症的发生率,提升患者治疗满意度。
