摘要
骨质疏松症是一种全身代谢性骨病,肾者主骨,肝者主筋,骨质疏松症之治,古人多重视肝肾之虚,遣药处方多重补益。组方虽选活血化瘀之药,其药味药量为少,鲜为君主之制,多为佐使之才。今探骨质疏松症之幽颐,博览医书案载,按活血祛瘀之方剂,撷萃百家临证治疗之方药,立足血瘀之机,剖之痹痿弱乏之骨病,囊括活血之法,析之骨质疏松之病机。古今互参,从古代之方剂、药物探讨骨之痹痿弱乏之论治,供医者参献,以图佳效。
Osteoporosis is a kind of systematic metabolic disease related to bones.As Liver and Kidney are closely related to the bones and tendons,for the treatment of osteoporosis,ancient physicians often paid more attention to the deficiency of Liver and Kidney,therefore more tonic Chinese medicinal were used.Some prescriptions contained blood activating drugs,but the dosage was low and it just played an adjuvant role.The etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis were studied by reading many ancient and contemporary medical literature.The treatment of osteoporosis was studied from the perspective of blood stasis pathogenesis,based on the the prescriptions and drugs used in the clinic.From the perspective of prescriptions and drugs of ancient physicians in the treatment of osteoporosis,doctors can learn from ancient physicians and treat the disease by promoting blood circulation to remove stasis in clinical practice,so as to increase the curative effect.
