摘要 应用单向阀配流的直线驱动往复泵中,柱塞高频运动时单向阀吸排油动作对泵系统流量存在很大的影响。当泵系统的柱塞频率为100 Hz时,研究了单向阀对往复泵整体流量特性的影响规律,并对泵系统的关键参数进行优化。建立球阀的压力、流量和动力特性,以及应用该类型单向阀进行配流的往复泵系统的模型。将泵系统参数带入所建的模型后仿真,往复泵能完成吸排油。同时对泵参数进行优化,在减小泵闭死容积后,可加速压差的建立,延长吸排油周期。使出口单向阀弹簧刚度低于入口单向阀刚度,有助于改善单向阀的响应,减小出口单向阀的流量倒灌,使泵吸排油性能更好。 In the linear driven pump applying check valves to rectification,the suction and discharge oil motion of check valve has the significant influence on reciprocation pump flow characteristics in a high piston frequencies.At 100Hz piston frequencies,the influence of check valves on the reciprocation pump flow characteristics is studied,and the key parameters of the pump system are optimized.The pressure,flow and dynamic property of ball poppet are established,and the pump system utilizing this type of check valves is modeled.The pump can suction and discharge oil when pump system parameters are taken in the model.Optimize the pump parameters.Reducing pump dead volume can speed up the establishment of the differential pressure and prolong the cycle of suction and discharge.Make export check valve spring stiffness is lower than the inlet check valve stiffness can improve the response of the valve,reduce the flow backward of export check valve,make the oil discharge performance better.
