摘要
目的:探讨农村幼儿教师职业认同、职业幸福感与工作投入三者之间的关系。方法:随机选取350名农村幼儿教师,用幼儿教师职业认同问卷(KTOIQ)、幼儿教师职业幸福感量表(KTOWBS)和幼儿园教师工作投入问卷(KTWEWQ)进行调查。结果:(1)农村幼儿教师工作投入整体水平一般,公办幼儿教师的工作投入显著低于民办(t=-5.18,p<0.01);(2)农村幼儿教师的职业认同与职业幸福感、工作投入呈显著正相关(p<0.01),农村幼儿教师的职业幸福感与工作投入呈显著正相关(p<0.01);(3)农村幼儿教师职业幸福感在职业认同和工作投入具有显著的部分中介效应(p<0.01)。结论:职业认同既可直接影响农村幼儿教师的工作投入,又可间接通过职业幸福感对农村幼儿教师工作投入产生影响。
Objective:This study aims to explore the relationship of occupational identity,professional happiness and work engagement among rural kindergarten teachers.Methods:350 rural kindergarten teachers completed kindergarten teachers’occupational identity questionnaire(KTOIQ),kindergarten teachers’professional happiness scale(KTOWBS),kindergarten teachers’work engagement questionnaire(KTWEWQ).Results:1)the level of rural kindergarten teachers’work engagement is poor which is significantly worse than that in private kindergartens(p<0.01).2)The rural kindergarten teachers’occupational identity has a significantly positive correlation with their professional happiness(p<0.01)and work engagement(p<0.01),their professional happiness has a significantly positive correlation with their work engagement(p<0.01).3)The professional happiness mediated the association between rural kindergarten teachers’occupational identity and work engagement(p<0.01).Conclusion:Occupational identity has both direct and indirect effects on work engagement among rural kindergartens.
