摘要
民办幼儿园的师资水平影响其办学质量,建设好教师队伍,对民办幼儿园的发展具有重要意义。而民办幼儿园教师的处境却令人担忧,社会地位不高,工资待遇难以保障;人员流动率高,缺乏职业安全感;专业素质欠缺,专业发展受阻。研究建议从以下几方面着手改进,政府加强监管和扶持,提高民办幼儿园教师待遇;设立师资培训专项资金,提供专业发展平台;建立多种形式的专业引领模式,提升教科研水平。
The teachers'level of private kindergartens affects the quality of running schools,and it is of great significance to the development of private kindergartens to build a good team of teachers.The situation of private kindergarten teachers is worrying,such as the low social status and the difficulty in guaranteeing the salary,high turnover rate and lack of job security;professional quality is lacking,and professional development is blocked.The research suggests that the government should improve the supervision and support from the following aspects,and implement the treatment of teachers in private kindergartens,such as setting up special fund for teacher training and providing professional development platform,establishing a variety of professional leading models to improve the level of teaching and research.
