摘要
目的:分析探讨持续有创血压监测(IBP)在PICU危重患儿中的应用效果。方法:收治PICU病房危重患儿100例,分别在有创血压监测的同时进行无创血压监测(NBP),比较两种方法监测数据的差异。结果:有创血压监测组收缩压明显高于无创血压监测组(P<0.05),但两组舒张压及平均动脉压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与无创血压监测方法相比,持续有创血压监测PICU危重患儿的血压更加准确有效,值得在临床护理工作中推广。
Objective:To analyze and explore the application of continuous invasive blood pressure in critically ill children in the PICU.Method:100 critically ill children in the PICU were selected,noninvasive blood pressure monitoring(NBP)was performed at the same time as invasive blood pressure monitoring(IBP),the differences in monitoring data between the two methods were compared.Results:The systolic blood pressure in the IBP group was significantly higher than that in the NBP group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with non-invasive blood pressure monitoring methods,continuous invasive blood pressure monitoring of blood pressure in critically ill children is more accurate and effective,which is worth to promote in clinical nursing work.
