摘要
中日关系一直以来都是最重要的双边关系之一,事关东北亚地区的和平与稳定。2017年以来,日本政府积极改善中日关系,受到中国政府的欢迎两国在高层来往、对话交流以及"一带一路"建设方面达成合作意向,中日关系出现了积极向好的发展势头。但近年来日本以日美同盟为基轴,推行自由开放的印太战略,构建多级海洋联盟体系,在国际政治安全层面对中国进行战略制衡。面对日本从"与华对抗"到"两面下注"战略调整,中国必须一方面坚持推动中日关系的改善,另一方面需密切关注日本的印太战略走向。
Sino-Japanese relations have always been one of the most important bilateral relations,which is vital to peace and stability in Northeast Asia.At the beginning of 2017,the Japanese side sounded a signal to improve Japan-China relations.The two countries reached an agreement on cooperation in highlevel exchanges,bilateral dialogues,and the“Belt and Road”initiative.China-Japan relations haveshown a positive momentum.However,in order to balance China in international politics and security in recent years,Japan has actively promoted a free and open Indo-Pacific strategy backed by the US-Japan alliance and built a multi-level marine alliance system.In the face of Japan's strategic adjustment from"confronting China"to"hedging between China and the US",China must insist on promoting the improvement of Sino-Japanese relations on the one hand,and closely monitor Japan's India-Pacific strategic direction on the other.
