摘要
针对齿轮泵公差建模把零件假定为刚体,很少考虑零件热变形的影响,导致公差模型与实际情况差别较大的问题,文章研究了热变形下齿轮泵公差建模的方法。该方法通过有限元仿真计算零部件热变形量,并结合雅克比旋量理论,建立基于热变形的齿轮泵公差模型,以此定量计算热变形对齿轮泵性能的影响,其模型结果可对齿轮泵性能进行预测和改进。
The tolerance modeling of gear pump assumes that the part is rigid body,rarely consider the impact of thermal deformation of parts,which makes the difference between the tolerance model and the actual situation.Therefore,this paper studies the tolerance modeling method of the gear pump under thermal deformation.The thermal deformation of mechanical parts is calculated through the finite element simulation,and combining with Jacobian-Torsor theory,the tolerance model of the gear pump based on thermal deformation is established to calculate the effect of thermal deformation on the performance of the gear pump.The results of the model can be used to predict and improve the performance of gear pump.
