摘要
本文以世界文化遗产地宏村为案例地,采用因子分析及方差分析等方法探讨了宏村旅游移民微观迁移动机的结构、强度及相关人群差异。研究发现:(1)宏村旅游移民男女各半,迁出地多半为省外,年龄以35岁以下的青年群体为主,文化程度较高,收入偏低,一半以上的人收入在3000元以内,迁移时间较短,迁移途径多为亲友推荐,本地归属感较低。(2)宏村旅游移民微观迁移动机由旅游地吸引、经济收益、职业避风港、社会资本、追求生活方式五种动力驱动。(3)宏村旅游移民迁移动机强度依次为旅游地吸引、经济收益、社会资本、追求生活方式、职业避风港。(4)不同性别、来源地、文化程度、职业、之前旅游次数的旅游移民迁移动机具有明显差异。
This study selected Hongcun,an ancient village in the south of Anhui as a case in point,used factor analysis method to explore into the structure,intensity and the differences among different groups of people of the micro-motivation of tourism migrations in Hongcun.It was found that:(1) the gender structure of tourism migrants in Hongcun is half male and half female,and mostly migrated from other provinces,mainly young people under the age of 35 with higher education backgrounds and lower income,among which more than half earned less than 3,000 Yuan,with short stays through recommendation of relatives and friends,and a low sense of belonging;(2) the micro migrate motivation of tourism migration is driven by five kinds of driving forces,namely the tourist attractions,the economic benefit,the occupation safe harbor,the social capital and the pursuit of the life styles;(3) the intensity of tourism migrate motivation in proper order are the tourist attraction,the economic benefit,the social capital,the pursuit of the life style,and the occupation safe harbor;(4) there are obvious differences of tourism migrate motivation between different genders,source places,cultural degrees,occupations,and the frequency of travel times.
