核磁共振成像、彩色超声及X线钼靶对乳腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:26

摘要 目的对比核磁共振成像(MRI)、彩色超声及X线钼靶对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取经病理检测确诊的乳腺癌患者76例和乳腺良性病变患者91例作为研究对象,所有患者均经MRI、彩色超声、X线钼靶检查,比较各种检查方法对乳腺癌诊断的准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果 91例乳腺良性病变患者中,MRI诊断出75例,X线钼靶诊断出65例,彩色超声诊断出71例;76例乳腺癌患者中,MRI诊断出70例,X线钼靶诊断出68例,彩色超声诊断出66例;MRI诊断乳腺癌的准确性、敏感性及特异性最高,但与其他2种检测方法诊断乳腺癌的准确性、敏感性及特异性比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.144,P=0.208;χ~2=2.060,P=0.357;χ~2=1.141,P=0.565)。结论 MRI在乳腺癌的诊断中具有较高的准确性、敏感性及特异性,值得推广。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),color ultrasonography and X-ray molybdenum target in breast cancer. Methods 76 cases of patients with breast cancer and 91 cases of patients with breast benign lesions were confirmed by pathological examination as the research objects,all patients were examined by MRI,color ultrasonography,X-ray molybdenum target,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of various diagnostic methods for breast cancer were compared. Results In 91 cases of patients breast with benign lesions,MRI diagnosed 75 cases,X-ray mammography diagnosed 65 cases,color ultrasonography diagnosed 71 cases;in 76 cases of breast cancer patients,MRI diagnosed 70 cases,X-ray mammography diagnosed 68 cases,color ultrasonography diagnosed 66 cases;the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer were the highest,but there was no significant difference between the other 2 methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer (χ2=3.144, P =0.208;χ2=2.060, P =0.357;χ2=1.141, P =0.565). Conclusion MRI has highest accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of breast cancer,it is worth popularizing.
