摘要 通过三水平三因素正交试验法设计了打印工艺参数,采用FDM快速成型设备打印制件。利用三坐标测量机、粗糙度测量仪研究了不同打印温度、分层厚度、打印速度、摆放位置对打印件尺寸精度及表面粗糙度的影响。测试结果表明:各因素对制件尺寸精度影响水平有差异,存在方向性,在宽度方向尺寸精度较差,长度和高度方向上尺寸精度相对较高。粗糙度测量仪测试结果表明打印件水平面的表面粗糙度比竖直面好。 The printing process parameters were designed by three-level three-factor orthogonal test,and the parts were printed by FDM rapid prototyping equipment.The effects of different printing temperature,layer thickness,printing speed and placement position on the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the printed parts were studied by using a coordinate measuring machine and a surface roughness measuring instrument.The results show that each factor has different influence on the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece,and there is directionality.The dimensional accuracy in the width direction is poor,and the dimensional accuracy in the length and height directions is relatively high.Roughness tester test results show that the surface roughness of the horizontal plane is better than that of the vertical plane.
