摘要
将兰炭粉与氧化钙经混合球磨、成型、预炭化和高温处理制备电石,考察了碳钙比(兰炭与氧化钙的物质的量比)和高温处理温度对产品质量的影响。结果表明:基于兰炭粉和氧化钙制备的电石质量指标由碳钙比和高温处理温度决定;碳钙比为3.5∶1、煅烧温度超过1 800℃时,制得电石的发气量超过280 L/kg,达到GB10665—2004《碳化钙(电石)》一等品或优等品标准。
Calcium carbide was prepared with the pulverized semi-coke and calcium oxide by blending,forming,pre-carbonization and high temperature treatment.The effects of amount-of-substance ratio of semi-coke to calcium oxide and the high reaction temperature on the quality of calcium carbide were studied.Results showed the quality of calcium carbide was determined by amount-of-substance ratio of semi-coke to calcium oxide and high reaction temperature.The corresponding producing gas of the calcium carbide prepared under 1 800℃with amount-of-substance ratio of semi-coke to calcium oxide of 3.5∶1,could be over 280 L/kg,which meet the requirement of first class or high class stipulated in the national standard,Calcium Carbide(Acetylith),GB 10665-2004.
