摘要 以DMU50五轴数控机床为研究对象,通过UG10.0的CAD建模模块建立该虚拟机床和被加工工件模型,并导出各组件STL格式文件至VERICUT8.0中,完成虚拟样机在VERICUT中的建模。对建立好的虚拟样机进行参数设置,调用UG10.0后置处理数控程序,完成VERICUT五轴数控虚拟样机建模和仿真。 Taking the DMU50 five-axis CNC machine tool as the research object, the model of the virtual machine tool and the processed workpiece is established through the CAD modeling module of UG10.0, and the STL format of each component is exported, which is then imported into VERICUT8.0 to complete the modeling of the virtual prototype in VERICUT.The parameters of the established virtual prototype were set, and UG10.0 postprocessing NC program was used to complete the modeling and simulation of VERICUT five-axis virtual prototype.
