摘要
由于自卸车车厢自重过大,需要对其记性优化设计从而减轻重量,最终提高自卸车燃油经济性,这逐渐成为自卸车企业必须要研究的重点技术问题。通过有限元对自卸车车厢在静态与动态情况下所需要的刚度与强度性能进行评价,确保在改变自卸车原车厢原有结构的基础上,通过改变车厢部件材料与板厚,完成自卸车车厢设计变量,同时对自卸车车厢静态与动态工作情况进行优化分析,最终自卸车优化在满足使用要求的前提下,车厢减重23.27%。
Since the dump truck’s own weight is too large, it is necessary to optimize its design to reduce the weight and ultimately improve the fuel economy of the dump truck. This has gradually become a key technical issue that the dump truck enterprise must study. Through the finite element method, the stiffness and strength performance of the dump truck compartment under static and dynamic conditions are evaluated to ensure that the dump truck compartment is completed by changing the material and thickness of the compartment components on the basis of changing the original structure of the original dump truck. The design variables, while optimizing the static and dynamic working conditions of the dump truck compartment, the final dump truck optimization under the premise of meeting the use requirements, the cabin weight loss of 23.27%.
