摘要
干细胞研究与应用涉及诸多伦理问题,如胚胎干细胞的取材、单性繁殖、人兽混种、干细胞制剂的安全性、干细胞的致瘤/致癌性以及与其他临床研究相似的伦理风险等。目前,国内外干细胞研究与应用的相关法规对干细胞研究与应用提出了一些伦理规范要求,但相关伦理的实证研究不足。中国有必要开展干细胞临床研究与应用伦理管理的实证研究,以促进中国在该领域的不断改进。
Stem cell research and application involve many ethical issues,such as extraction of embryonic stem cell,parthenogenesis,human-animal hybrids,safety of stem cell products,tumorigenic/carcinogenicity of stem-cell and ethical risks similar to other kinds of clinical researches. At present,the relevant laws and regulations on stem cell research and application at home and abroad have put forward some ethical requirements for stem cell research and application,but the empirical research on related ethics is insufficient. It is necessary for our country to conduct empirical research on stem cell clinical research and applied ethical management,in order to promote continuous improvement of China in this field.
