摘要
以孟家窑煤矿软岩巷道为研究背景,通过现场调查、数值模拟研究了巷道顶板破碎带厚度的不同对巷道初次支护效果的影响。研究结果表明:随着工作面向巷道的推进,巷道顶板破碎带越厚,顶板越不稳定,巷道初次支护效果越差。根据研究结果,针对巷道顶板破碎带厚度最大的情况下提出了巷道支护优化方案,有效的控制了巷道顶板变形。
Taking the soft rock roadway of a working face in Mengjiayao coal mine as the background,the field investigation and numerical simulation were used to study the influence of different thickness of the roof fracture zone on the initial anchoring support.It is found that the fracture zone is thick as the work advances toward the roadway.The more unstable the roof is,the worse the initial support effect is.A support optimization scheme is proposed for the case of the largest thickness of the fracture zone and the roof deformation is effectively controlled.
