摘要
当今社会,土壤重金属污染已成为世界范围内面临的重要问题,采取土壤治理和修复是保证环境质量安全、人体健康和社会可持续发展的重要举措。植物修复技术是利用绿色植物来转移、容纳或转化污染物使其对环境无害的一种绿色、健康的修复技术,也是当前国内外众多学者的研究热点。其中景天科(景天属)植物——伴矿景天对重金属污染土壤的吸取修复技术在国内外产生了较大影响。本文对利用镉超富集植物伴矿景天修复重金属镉污染土壤研究进展进行分析,主要从伴矿景天对镉的耐性和富集机理、吸收及转运机制、强化措施、产后处理技术以及产物资源化利用等方面进行综述,并对基因工程在伴矿景天上的应用,吸取强化措施和产后处理技术等方面进行了展望。
In today’s society,soil heavy metal pollution has become an important problem facing the world.Taking soil remediation is an important measure to ensure the environmental quality and safety,human health and sustainable social development. Phytoremediation technology is a green and healthy repair technology which uses green plants to transfer,accommodate or transform pollutants to make them harmless to the environment.This technology is also a hot research field for many scholars at home and abroad.Among them,Crassulaceae( Sedum L) plant—Sedum plumbisincicola technology of absorbing and repairing heavy metal contaminated soil has a strong influence at home and abroad.In this paper,the research progress of using cadmium( Cd)-enriched Sedum plumbisincicola to repair heavy metal Cd contaminated soils was reviewed,mainly from the study of Cd tolerance and enrichment mechanism, absorption and transport mechanism,strengthening measures,postharvest treatment technology and the utilization of the product resources. The prospect of application of genetic engineering in Sedum plumbisincicola,the method of strengthening absorption and postharvest treatment technique were also discussed.
