摘要
分析核电机组在调峰运行模式下主汽轮机蒸汽参数的变化情况,定性评估调峰运行对主汽轮机的影响,参考国内外其他机组的调峰运行经验,对上述分析和评估进行论证。结果表明:核电机组参与调峰运行时,蒸汽的流量、压力、温度等参数都会发生明显变化,对主汽轮机的影响主要包括热疲劳、振动、侵蚀、动静碰磨、运行次数增多导致的设备或人为因素故障等,主要影响部件包括汽轮机调节阀、低压缸末级叶片和轴承等。
The paper analyzes main steam turbine parameter change of nuclear power units under the operation mode of peak load regulation and quantitively evaluates the impact of peak load regulation on main steam turbines.The peak load regulation experience both at home and abroad is summarized to demonstrate the analysis and evaluation above.The result shows that the steam flow,pressure and temperature will change significantly when the nuclear power units participate in peak load regulation,the effects on turbines are thermal fatigue,vibration,erosion,collision and friction,equipment or human failure caused by the increasing of operations,and the main parts affected by the peak load regulation are control valves,last stage blades and bearings.
