摘要
在我国资源开采中,露天开采占比很大,而且很多大中型露天矿山已由山坡露天开采进入到了深凹露天开采阶段,从生产实际看,深凹露天开采与矿山中前期相比,普遍面临着开采难度大、资源接续不足、生产效率低等问题。应用3DMine软件,根据地质数据建立矿体三维模型,直观分析矿区内地质状况,编制采掘计划和质量计划,实现精准合理配矿;采用GPS定位技术与矿体炮孔数据库相结合,实现全天候不间断管控矿石生产质量,提高了地质人员对矿区内构造的理解;采用GPS卡车智能调度系统,将生产调度与管理合为一体,利用计算机对采矿过程中的装车、运输和卸载进行实时数据采集、传输、分析并优化,实现对各种生产资源的智能配置,进而降低消耗,提高生产效率。新技术的应用为矿山企业高效稳定发展提供保障。
In the exploitation of resources in our country,open-pit exploitation accounts for a large proportion.At present,a large number of open-pit mines has entered the stage of deep open-pit mining from hillside open-pit mining stage.According to the actual production situation,compared with middle and early stage of mine,some serious problems such as difficult mining,insufficient resource succession and low production efficiency etc of deep open-pit mining process.Based on 3DMine software,three-dimensional model is established based on geological data,so as to visually analyze the geological situation of the mining area,prepare mining plane and quality plan,to realize the goal of accurate and reasonable ore blending.Combing with GPS positioning technique and orebody borehole data,round-the clock management of ore quality is realized,the understanding of geological personel to the structure in the mining area is deepened.Under the support of GPS truck intelligent dispatching system,the production scheduling and management are integrated,acquisition,transmission,analysis and optimization of datas produced in the process of loading,transporting and unloading in the mining process are realized based on computers,therefore,the consumption is reduced and production efficiency is improved.The application of the above new techniques is helpful for ensuring efficient and stable development of mine enterprises.
