摘要 当前,学生生源多样化、学生个体成长需求差异化等特点,已经成为高职院校学生教育管理所面临的普遍性问题。面对学校教育对成人教育、全人教育的教育本真的追求,面对市场经济对技术技能人才的教育功能的要求,高职院校必须从学生学情实际出发,创新教育管理模式,通过教学分层、管理分类、社团规范、队伍优化等途径来加强学生教育教学管理,促进高素质技术技能人才培养,服务于国家社会发展。 At present, student education management is characterized by diversified student sources and different individual growth demand of students, and this has become a common problem faced by student education management in higher vocational colleges. Faced with the true pursuit of adult education and whole-person education in school education, and the requirements of market economy for technical talents, higher vocational colleges must proceed from students' learning conditions, innovate the management mode of education, and strengthen the students' education management by teaching stratification, management classification, community norms and team optimization, so as to promote the training of high-quality technical skilled talents and serve the development of the country.
