摘要
2017年8—12月厦门出现了严重的夏秋冬连旱,厦门市气象局积极开展人工增雨作业。为了提高增雨作业成效,采用跨界增建作业基地、联合周边气象部门开展三地统一指挥作业以及申请经验丰富作业队跨境增援作业等新举措,其中11月12—13日作业过程创下了厦门人工增雨作业史上作业规模最大、过程用弹量和作业次数最多的一次增雨作业。通过增雨作业评估,增雨作业方案设计合理,增雨效果明显,可有效地缓解旱情、增加水库蓄水。在2017年厦门市抗旱减灾过程中,对旱情的解除起到了积极作用。
From August to December 2017, serious drought had occurred in Xiamen. So Xiamen Meteorological Bureau had actively carried out artificial precipitation enhancement operation. In order to improve the effectiveness of precipitation enhancement operation, new measures such as cross-border construction of additional operational bases, joint command of surrounding meteorological departments and application for cross-border reinforcement of experienced operational teams had been adopted. Among them, the operation on November 12-13 created the largest operation scale, the largest amount of ammunition and the largest number of operations in the history of Xiamen artificial precipitation enhancement operation. Through the evaluation of precipitation enhancement operation, the design of precipitation enhancement operation scheme was reasonable and the effect of precipitation enhancement was obvious. It could effectively alleviate drought and increase reservoir water storage, and played a positive role in relieving drought in the process of drought relief and disaster reduction in Xiamen in 2017.
