摘要
目的分析RhoA/ROCK信号通路在乳腺癌临床分期及转移过程中的作用,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法分析本院2014年5月-2017年5月期间诊治的乳腺癌患者的临床资料,酶联免疫吸附法检测不同临床分期及不同淋巴转移程度的患者RhoA/ROCK信号通路蛋白RhoA和ROCK1/2的表达,并分析其与患者预后的关系。结果不同临床分期及不同淋巴转移程度的患者RhoA和ROCK1/2蛋白水平存在明显差异,且表达水平随临床分期的增加和淋巴转移的加剧而升高(P<0.05)。RhoA和ROCK1/2蛋白高表达的患者预后较差。结论 RhoA/ROCK信号通路与乳腺癌的临床分期及淋巴转移密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship of RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway related proteins with the clinical stage and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods The clinical data were analyzed of 120 breast cancer patients enrolled in our hospital between May 2014 and May 2017.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was applied to detect the expression of RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway related proteins RhoA and ROCK1/2 in patients with different clinical stages or different degrees of metastasis.The relationship of these proteins with the prognosis of patients was also analyzed.Results The results revealed that the expressions of RhoA and ROCK1/2 were higher in advanced clinical stage patients than in lower stage patients.At the same time,the expressions of the above proteins were higher in patients with severe metastasis than in those with slight metastasis,all with statistical differences(P<0.05).Patients with high expressions of RhoA and ROCK1/2 had poor prognosis.Conclusion The RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway related proteins have a close relationship with the clinical stage and metastasis of breast cancer.
