症状引导下的思维导图在心内科临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:57

摘要 目的探讨症状引导下的思维导图在心血管内科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2017年护理实习生106人随机分为干预组与对照组各53人。对照组进行传统带教,观察组采用症状引导下思维导图进行临床教学,出科时进行理论操作考试,并采用教学质量调查问卷评价教学质量。结果干预组出科理论知识、操作技能总分,操作技能中的操作流程、护理评估、案例分析、健康教育、模拟急救成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。干预组对症状引导下的思维导图教学法评价较高。结论在心血管内科临床护理教学中开展症状引导下思维导图教学法有助于提高护生学习兴趣和心内科临床护理教学质量。 Objective To discuss the effect of applying symptom-guided mind mapping as a teaching resource for nursing interns working in department of cardiology.Methods Totally 106 nursing interns recruited in 2017 were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=53) and a control group (n=53).The experimental group was subjected to symptom-guided mind mapping based teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The 2 groups were subjected to theory and skill examinations ,and were asked to fill out a teaching quality evaluation questionnaire.Results The experimental group scored higher in theory and skill examinations; and the former scored higher in each dimension of skill examination (process flow,nursing assessment,case analysis,health education,emergency simulation) than the latter (P<0.05,P <0.01).The former also gave more positive feedback than the latter.Conclusion The application of symptom-guided mind mapping as a teaching resource for nursing interns working in department of cardiology could enhance students' learning efficiency and interest,and therefore improve clinical teaching quality.
