摘要 目的研究干扰素与微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年3月我院收治的宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者126例作为研究对象。将其按照随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各63例。对照组单纯采用微波治疗,观察组采取干扰素联合微波治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果及疾病复发情况。结果两组轻度及中度患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组重度患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者6个月与1年复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论干扰素与微波联合治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染效果良好,能够提高对患者的治疗总有效率,且不易复发。 Objective To study the effect of interferon and microwave on cervical erosion combined with HPV infection.Methods 126 patients with cervical erosion combined with HPV infection from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 patients in each group.The control group was treated with microwave alone,and the observation group was treated with interferon combined with microwave therapy.The clinical efficacy and disease recurrence of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the severe group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group at 6 months and 1 year was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon combined with microwave has a good effect on cervical erosion combined with HPV infection.It can improve the total effective rate of treatment for severe patients and it is not easy to recur.
