摘要
目的分析急诊高龄患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后并发症观察及护理对策。方法选取本院急诊收治的86例行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的高龄患者作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同,将其分成两组。一组采用综合护理措施,为研究组,一组采用常规护理措施,为常规组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组并发症发生率为4.65%(2例),低于常规组的18.60%(8例),两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急诊高龄患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术采用综合护理措施可有效减少术后并发症。
Objective To analyze the postoperative complications and nursing strategies of percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with emergency.Methods 86 cases of elderly patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups.One group used comprehensive nursing measures as the research group.One group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the other group was treated with routine nursing measures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.65%(2 cases),which was lower than that of the conventional group(18.60%)(8 cases).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing measures for percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with emergency treatment can effectively reduce postoperative complications.
