摘要
文章探讨了在传统高层水箱供水的基础上,加入PLC、变频器、压力变送器和传感器等设备,用西门子S7-200PLC对传统的继电器控制电路进行改造和设计,使控制电路更加简单。采用变频器控制水泵电机的变频调速运行与工频运行,达到节能的目的;用传感器控制电磁阀和变频器的运行与停止,为供水系统的自动化控制提供了技术支持,使各器件之间的控制相互协调。在硬件基础上配合软件解决了供水系统在不同时间供水量波动时保持恒压供水的问题.
On the basis of traditional water supply of high water tank,this paper expounds that Siemens s7-200 PLC is used to modify and redesign the traditional relay control circuit.The equipment of PLC,inverter,pressure transmitter and sensor are added to make the control of the circuit easier.The frequency converter is used to control the variable frequency regulation and frequency operation of the pump motor.Thus,energy conservation is achieved.A sensor is used to control the operation and suspension of the electromagnetic valve and frequency converter,which provides technical support and help for the automatic control of the water supply system.The control between the devices is coordinated,and the problem of maintaining the constant pressure of the water supply system when the water supply fluctuates at different times is solved with the help of both hardware and software.
