摘要
目的探讨"四位一体"健康教育对甲亢患者用药依从性及满意度的影响。方法以2017年1—5月收住于我院的甲亢患者60例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予抗甲状腺用药常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用四体一位健康教育,对比两组患者干预后的用药依从性及用药护理满意度。结果试验组患者干预后的用药依从性和用药护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用"四位一体"健康教育对甲亢患者进行干预,可显著提升该类用药者的用药依从性及用药护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of"four-in-one" health education on drug compliance and satisfaction of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods To take 60 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2017 as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group with the same number of patients randomly.Patients of the control group received routine nursing for anti-thyroid medication,and patients of the study group received"four-in-one" health education on the basis of the same treatment of the control group.The medication compliance and medication satisfaction of the two groups of patients after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of hyperthyroidism patients with"four-in-one" health education can improve the medication compliance and medication satisfaction of these patients significantly.
