摘要
目的探讨KABP护理模式应用于胆囊切除术患者的效果。方法选取2016年10月至2017年12月我院收治的80例胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者给予常规胆囊切除术护理,观察组给予以KABP护理模式为指导的护理。比较两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、进食时间,护理前后的幸福感指数量表(Index of Well-being)评分、疼痛评分(VAS评分)及护理前后腹胀及恶心呕吐评分。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间及进食时间均短于对照组(P <0. 05);护理前两组患者的幸福感指数量表评分、VAS评分、腹胀及恶心呕吐评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后观察组的上述评分均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 KABP护理模式有助于缩短胆囊切除术患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间及进食时间,提升其幸福指数,减轻其疼痛程度,缓解其腹胀及恶心呕吐等不良反应,在胆囊切除术患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of KABP nursing mode on patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods To compare the time of bowel sounds recovery,time of exhaust,time of defecation,time of eating,index of well-being before and after nursing,visual analogue scale(VAS) score and scores of abdominal distention and nausea and vomiting before and after nursing,80 cases of patient underwent cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were observed,and were randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members.The control group was given the routine nursing for cholecystectomy,while the study group was given the KABP-based nursing for cholecystectomy.Results The time of bowel sounds recovery,time of exhaust,defecation time and eating time of the study group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the difference of the scores in index of well-being,VAS,abdominal distention and nausea and vomiting between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the aforesaid scores in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion KABP nursing mode could help shorten the time of bowel sounds recovery,time of exhaust,defecation time and eating time of patients with cholecystectomy,improve their index of well-being,reduce pain level,and relieve abdominal distension and nausea and vomiting,and has higher application value.
