摘要
冠状动脉瘤是一种少见的冠状动脉疾病。随着医学影像学的进展和冠状动脉介入治疗的普及,冠状动脉瘤的发病率逐渐增加。然而,现在还没有关于冠状动脉瘤的指南及专家共识。现就该病的病因、病理、诊断和治疗等方面的最新进展进行综述。
Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is an uncommon disease.Ever since the dawn of the interventional era and development of medical imagings,the incidence of CAA increased gradually.However,there is no guideline and expert consensus on CAA.This review aims to summarize the present knowledge of CAA and state the recent advances regarding the etiology,pathophysiology,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
