摘要
随着我国经济的迅速发展,人们也越来越重视食品安全问题,加强食品安全检测成为了必然的趋势。食品安全检测主要是检测其中的微生物成分,本文主要介绍了PCR技术的使用原理,并探讨不同检测环境下,不同检测方式以及不同检测样品所带来的不同结果。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,people are paying more and more attention to food safety,and strengthening food safety testing has become an inevitable trend.Food safety detection is mainly to detect microbial components.This article mainly introduces the PCR technique,and the principle of its application different detection methods and results of different samples were discussed.
