基因测序技术是分子生物学研究和生物工程领域一项重要的基础技术手段。近年来,基因测序技术越来越多地在食品检测领域中发挥重要的作用,如各种动、植物源性成分的检测、食品掺假的检测、食源性微生物的检测等,未来还将有更广阔的应用前景。
Gene sequencing is an important and basic technology in the field of molecular biology and bioengineering.In recent years,gene sequencing technology is playing an increasingly important role in the field of food detection,such as the detection of various animal and plant-derived components,food adulteration detection,detection of food-borne microorganisms,it will have a broader application prospects in the future.
