摘要
目的分析消毒供应中心对手术室医疗器械展开清洗包装管理的效果。方法以2017年5月—2018年5月该院手术室所用的医疗器械包共120个作对象,随机分作两组,各60个,对照组以常规清洗包装流程展开管理,观察组的清洗包装工作由消毒供应中心承担,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组清洗质量计(98.06±0.57)分,包装质量计(97.85±0.92)分,灭菌质量计(98.11±0.77)分,分别优于对照组清洗质量(80.67±1.57)分,包装质量(81.16±1.73)分及灭菌质量(80.75±1.72)分(t=-80.647 1,-65.979 0,-71.356 2;P<0.05);且观察组布局满意度(92.95±5.67)分,环境满意度(91.72±4.38)分,流程满意度(92.46±4.71)分,设施满意度(94.14±4.07)分,分别优于对照组布局满意度(76.86±3.85)分,环境满意度(77.55±3.62)分,流程满意度(76.95±4.00)分,设施满意度(77.06±3.59)分(t=-18.185 1,-19.316 1,-19.442 2,-24.378 0;P<0.05)。结论对手术室医疗器械展开清洗包装管理工作时,以消毒供应中心参与为主要形式进行可改善清洗质量、包装质量及灭菌质量,并促使布局满意度、环境满意度、流程满意度及设施满意度的有效提升,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of disinfection supply center on cleaning and packaging management of operating room medical equipment.Methods A total of 120 medical device kits used in the operating room of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients each.The control group was managed by routine cleaning and packaging process,and the observation group with cleaning and packaging work by the disinfection supply center,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group cleaning quality meter(98.06±0.57)points,packaging quality meter(97.85±0.92)points,sterilization quality meter(98.11±0.77)points,respectively,better than the control group cleaning quality(80.67±1.57)points,packaging quality(81.16±1.73)and sterilization quality(80.75±1.72)points,(t=-80.647 1,-65.979 0,-71.356 2;P<0.05);and observation group layout satisfaction(92.95±5.67)points,environmental satisfaction(91.72±4.38)points,process satisfaction(92.46±4.71)points,facility satisfaction(94.14±4.07)points,respectively,better than the control group layout satisfaction(76.86±3.85)points,environmental satisfaction(77.55±3.62)points,process satisfaction(76.95±4.00)points,facility satisfaction(77.06±3.59)points,(t=-18.185 1,-19.316 1,-19.442 2,-24.378 0;P<0.05).Conclusion When the cleaning and packaging management of operating room medical equipment is carried out,the participation of disinfection supply center as the main form can improve the cleaning quality,packaging quality and sterilization quality,and promote layout satisfaction,environmental satisfaction,process satisfaction and facility satisfaction.The effective improvement of the degree is worth promoting.
