摘要
分别采用力学性能分析、红外光谱分析、扫描电子显微镜分析、X射线衍射分析等表征手段研究了抗氧化剂、抗水解剂、热稳定剂等抗老化剂含量对杨木纤维(WF)增强聚己内酯(PCL)复合材料热老化性能的影响。结果表明,抗氧化剂丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、抗水解剂(丁二醇双缩水甘油醚)及热稳定剂(Ca/Zn热稳定剂)的适量添加,都有助于延缓PCL/WF复合材料的热老化;分别选取抗老化效果最佳配比:抗氧化剂4%、抗水解剂4.5%、热稳定剂2%添加入PCL/WF复合材料中,协同作用下其抗老化效果相对未添加或只添加其中一种抗老化剂时都有所提高。
The effects of antioxidants, anti-hydrolytic agents and heat stabilizers on the thermal aging properties of PCL/white poplar fiber (WF) composites were investigated by mechanical property measurements, infrared spectroscopy, SEM observation and XRD analysis. The results indicated that the addition of antioxidant (BHA), anti-hydrolytic agent and heat stabilizers could effectively retard the thermal aging of PCL/WF composites. The optimum contents of additives could be determined as 4 wt % of antioxidant, 4.5 wt % of anti-hydrolytic agent and 2 wt % of heat stabilizer. A synergistic anti-aging effect was achieved in the presence of more than one anti-aging agent.
