大学生课后思政自学小组的建立及教学方法探讨

摘要 目的,探讨大学生思想政治方面最佳的教学方法;方法,在学生大二时间段至临床实习前,构建大学生课后思想政治自学小组,并在学生自学过程中,聘请思想政治教研室教师进行指导,辅导员则负责学生全程的学习监督和管理;结果,通过构建大学生课后思想政治自学小组,有效满足了学生思想政治方面的学习需求;结论,通过构建大学生课后思想政治自学小组,有效弥补了现阶段思想政治教育缺乏时效性和教师素质参差不齐的弊端,教学效果显著。 Objective,To explore the best teaching method in ideological and political education of college students;Methods,During the period from the second year of college students to the period before clinical practice,a self-study group for college students'ideological and political education was established.In the process of self-study,teachers in the teaching and research department of ideological and political education are hired to provide guidance,and counselors are responsible for the supervision and management of the whole process of students'learning.Results:by constructing self-study group of college students'ideological and political education after class,effectively meet the ideological and political learning needs of students.Conclusion:by constructing the self-study group of college students'post-class ideological and political education,it effectively makes up for the shortcomings of the current political education's lack of timeliness and the uneven quality of teachers,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
