摘要
针对碱性含盐废水中镉含量传统方法难以去除的问题,基于理论计算,指出仅有硫化物才能够从强碱性体系下形成沉淀。实验显示由于镉含量低,硫化镉高度分散,需要吸附剂协助吸附CdS胶体粒子,才能够真正从水体中分离镉。考察了沉淀剂和吸附剂添加比例对镉去除效率的影响。指出以50倍硫化钠联合2%硅藻土能够实现残余镉浓度低于0.01mg/L的国家排放标准。最后通过扩大试验验证了沉淀-吸附联合除镉方法的可行性。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional method is difficult to remove cadmium in alkaline saline wastewater,based on theoretical calculation,it is pointed out that only sulfide can form precipitation from strong alkaline system.Experiments show that due to the low cadmium content and high dispersion of cadmium sulfide,adsorbents are needed to assist in adsorbing CdS colloidal particles in order to truly separate cadmium from water.The effects of the ratio of precipitator to adsorbent on the removal efficiency of cadmium were investigated.It is pointed out that 50 times sodium sulfide combined with 2%diatomite can achieve the national emission standard with residual cadmium concentration below 0.01mg/L.Finally,the feasibility of the combined precipitation-adsorption method for cadmium removal was verified by an expanded experiment.
