基于智能微型仓库的铁路检修现场智能仓储管理系统设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 针对铁路检修现场对材料的需求不能得到良好的实时响应和及时配送等问题,应用物联网相关技术,优化铁路检修生产物流中调拨、领料、出入库等业务流程,通过在铁路检修现场引入智能微型仓库,提供检修人员自助领料的作业方式,设计了面向铁路检修现场的智能仓储管理系统,在两个动车段进行了针对可靠性、经济效益的应用测试。从应用效果来看,智能微型仓库在铁路检修现场的使用能够有效地减少铁路检修作业过程中的待料时间,保障检修材料的及时供应。 In view of the fact that the demand for materials in the railway maintenance site can not get good real-time response and timely distribution,this article applied the Internet of things related technologies to optimize the business processes of allocation,material acquisition,storage and warehousing in railway maintenance production logistics.Through the introduction of intelligent mini warehouse on the railway maintenance site,it provided a self-service material handling mode for maintenance personnel,and designed an intelligent warehouse management system for railway maintenance site.The system was applied to two EMU segments for the application test of reliability and economic benefits.From the perspective of application effect,the use of intelligent mini warehouse in railway maintenance field can effectively reduce the waiting time in railway maintenance work and ensure timely supply of maintenance materials.
