摘要
新的外贸环境对商务英语专业人才就业提出了新的要求。通过调研外贸企业人才需求情况以及毕业生的就业状况,发现人才需求与供应之间存在矛盾。这同高校商务英语专业人才培养目标不够明确,专业设置同质化现象严重,毕业生缺乏正确择业观有关。高校须明确专业定位,创新人才培养模式,提高毕业生综合素质。
There are higher requirements for the employment of graduates majoring in business English in the new foreign trade environment.Through the investigation of the talent demand and the employment situation of the graduates,there is a contradiction between the demand and supply of talents.It is due to the uncertainty of talent-cultivating objective for business English major in Colleges,the homogeneity of setting-up majors and the graduates’incorrect view of job hunting.It is essential for colleges to make major orientation clear,innovate the mode of talents cultivating and improve the comprehensive quality of the graduates.
