摘要
为适应水利水电工程建设发展和造价管理工作需要,安徽省水利厅修编发布新版《安徽省水利水电工程设计概(估)算编制规定》,作为全省中小型水利水电工程设计概(估)算编制和审批的依据。本文通过梳理修编要点、工程投资测算比较,对本次修编工作进行总结和评价,可供有关单位及造价人员参考。
Anhui Provincial Department of Water Resources revises and issues the new edition of ’Provisions on Compilation of Design Outline(Estimation) Calculation of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects in Anhui Province’in order to meet the needs of water conservancy and hydropower project development and cost management,which serves as the basis for the compilation,examination and approval of the design outline(estimation) of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects in Anhui Province. The revision work are summarized and evaluated by sorting out the main points of revision and comparing the calculation investment of projects,thereby it can be referred to by relevant units and cost personnel.
