摘要
目的研究临床护理路径在良性前列腺增生围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的86例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组住院时间、留置导尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在良性前列腺增生围手术期护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period nursing of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 86 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given clinical nursing pathway.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the length of hospital stay,indwelling catheterization time and bladder irrigation time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life scores of both groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect in the perioperative period nursing of benign prostatic hyperplasia,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
