摘要
为满足车载夜视系统小型化的需求,设计了一个的含有单层衍射光学元件的车载红外夜视系统。光学系统的工作波段为8~12μm,焦距为15mm,视场角为15.5°,系统总长为22mm。在-40℃~60℃温度范围内,在20lp/mm的空间频率处,MTF高于0.47;最大RMS半径小于12.25μm;波前像差小于0.25λ;最大离焦量小于焦深;光学系统在-40℃和60℃的范围内实现了消热差设计。所设计的车载红外夜视系统结构简单,体积小,像质优良,在汽车夜视领域具有一定的应用前景和市场空间。
In order the meet the requirements of miniaturization of night vision system on cars,an infrared night vision system on cars with single-layer DOEs is designed in this paper.The working waveband is 8~12μm,the focal length is 15mm,field of view is 15.5°,the total length is 22mm,at spatial frequency of 20lp/mm,the MTF of the designed optical system is above 0.47.The maximum RMS radius is less than 12.25μm.The wavefront error is less than 0.25λ,and the maximum defocus is less than focus depth,so the designed optical system realized athermalization over the temperature range from-40℃to 60℃.The designed infrared night vision system on cars is simple in structure,small in size and excellent in image quality.It has a certain application prospect and market space in the field of night vision.
