摘要
针对轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)发射芯片这一汽车电子芯片,从安全性和可测试角度出发,提出了一种带有自动内建测试硬件电路的集成电路设计。采用内置式测试电路,大大减少了测试过程的交互通信时间。且复用输出结果端口和输入数据端口,大大降低了对于测试机台的通道能力要求,便于进行多芯片高密度测试。从而大大降低了测试时间,减少了测试成本。
Focus on TPMS transmitter used for automotive,consider with safety and design for test,an ASIC design with built-in selftest circuit and system are proposed.With this built-in self test circuit,chip test time cost of communication between chip and test equipment reduce to a very low quantity.And a few IO port is need with multiple function definition in same pad,thus for mass production,high density chip test at the same with same input stimulus is easy to realize,and thus lead to less test time and lower test cost.
