摘要
根据高校智库建设及影响力评价指标的特点,综合现有评价指标体系的优缺点,文章提出一种基于BP神经网络及遗传算法的高校智库影响力评价体系,并通过实例仿真分析表明该评价指标体系是有效、可行的,建立的可量化的评价指标模型可以对高校智库影响力进行定量、客观的判断与评估。
With respect to the characteristics of the evaluation index of the influence of the university think-tank,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation index system,a new evaluation index system for the influence of the university think-tank is proposed based on BP neural network and genetic algorithm.Firstly,an evaluation index system is proposed which is suitable for quantitative analysis and evaluation of the influence of university think-tank based on the advantages and characteristics of universities themselves.Then,a feasible evaluation index model of university think-tank with three layers structure is established.The simulation results show that the evaluation index system of university think-tank proposed in this paper is effective and feasible,and can objectively and scientificly be used to judge and evaluate the influence of the university think-tank.
