摘要
采用酸置换方法对含硫硅烷偶联剂生产中产生的含硫废盐水进行脱硫处理,研究了体系pH值、反应温度、空气流量对除硫效果的影响。较佳的工艺条件为:向200 mL含硫废盐水(硫含量25.843 g/L)中加入22 mL浓盐酸调节体系pH值小于1.4,空气流量为1 000 mL/min,20℃反应3 h,并采用500 mL浓度为1.5 mol/L的NaOH水溶液进行吸收,除硫后体系硫含量低于1 mg/L,硫含量降幅达99.9%。脱硫后的废盐水经蒸发结晶、过滤得到的NaCl达到国家工业盐二级标准。
Sulfide containing waste brine produced in the process of sulfur-containing silane coupling agent was desulfurized by acid replacement.The effects of pH value,reaction temperature and air flow rate on sulfur removal efficiency were studied.The optimum technological conditions were as follows:adding 22 mL concentrated hydrochloric acid into 200 mL sulfide containing waste brine(25.843 g/l),adjusting the pH value of the system to less than 1.4,air flow rate of 1000 mL/min,20℃for 3 hours,and 500 mL NaOH aqueous solution with 1.5 mol/L concentration for absorption.The sulfide content in the treated waste water reduces to 1mg/L,declining up to 99.9%.After desulfurization,the obtained NaCl by evaporation,crystallization and filtration,the waste brine meets the standards of the national industrial salt of grade 2.
