摘要
人工增雨是增加自然云降水,开发利用空中水资源的有效途径,而雷达能及时探测云和降水系统的结构分布和发展变化,是指导人工增雨作业的有力工具。该文根据2017年11月12日梅州雷达的反射率因子、回波顶高等产品的演变特征,分析人工增雨的作业时间及验证增雨效果。结果表明:增雨作业要选择在天气系统发展或成熟阶段进行,即反射率因子回波呈片状、强度最好在30 d Bz以上,这种回波特征有利于天气系统发展,且回波顶高在3~5 km时,非常有利于实施人工增雨作业,并能取得较好的增雨效果。
Artificial precipitation is an effective way to increase natural cloud precipitation and develop and utilize air water resources. But radar can detect the structure distribution and development of cloud and precipitation system in time,and it is a powerful tool to guide artificial precipitation operation. Based on the evolution characteristics of the Meizhou radar’s reflectivity factor and echo top height on November 12,2017,this paper analyzes the operation time of artificial precipitation and verifies the effect of rain enhancement. The results show that the operation of precipitation enhancement should be carried out at the development or maturity stage of weather system,that is,the echo of reflectivity factor is flake-like,and the intensity is better than 30 d Bz. This echo feature is conducive to the development of weather system,and the echo crest height is 3 ~ 5 km,which is very conducive to the implementation of artificial precipitation,and can achieve better effect of precipitation enhancement.
