摘要
双出杆长行程液压缸在工业等领域有着广泛应用。目前对于此类油缸的设计分析都是基于经验公式进行,应用这样的方式进行设计有着较大误差。本文应用ANSYS Workbench对双出杆长行程液压缸进行系统分析。首先对液压缸进行系统的全局静力学分析;其次,由于液压缸是长行程,对于液压缸的轴向载荷承受元件活塞杆进行纵向弯曲校核分析其稳定性;最后,为避免油缸发生共振,对于液压缸活塞杆进行模态分析。该分析方法与思路对于长行程液压缸设计具有一定的参考价值。
The ANSYS Workbench has been applied in the systematic analysis of the dual-output long-stroke hydraulic cylinder in the text.Firstly,the global static analysis has been carried out to the hydraulic cylinder.Secondly,as the hydraulic cylinder has long stroke,the longitudinal bending of the piston rod of the axial load bearing element of the hydraulic cylinder has been checked to analyze its stability.Finally,the modal analysis has been conducted to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder in order to avoid cylinder resonance.The analysis method and thought have certain reference value for the design of long stroke hydraulic cylinder.
