摘要
当压裂气井裂缝内的气体流动速率较大时,天然气在裂缝中符合高速非达西渗流规律,渗流阻力显著增大,气井产量明显降低。此文修正了高速非达西渗流时裂缝有效渗透率的计算公式,并结合基于支撑剂数法的压裂设计方法,得出了高速气井非达西渗流的裂缝参数设计方法,给出了裂缝参数设计的步骤。通过实例计算得出,天然气在裂缝中为高速非达西渗流时,裂缝有效渗透率大幅度减小;当压裂所用的支撑剂质量一定时,设计所得的最优裂缝缝长明显缩短,最优裂缝缝宽明显增加。
The nature gas follows non-Darcy flow rules when the flow rate at fracture is relatively large,with the flow resistance increasing significantly,which causes gas well production obvious decrease.The formula of fracture effective permeability is amended;fracture parameters design method is built based on proppant number,which is suitable for gas well in the presence of non-Darcy flow of high flow rate;the fracture parameters design procedure is also developed.The calculation example shows that fracture effective permeability is much smaller under high flow rate non-Darcy flow condition,that the optimum fracture length will shorten obviously and that optimum fracture width will increase gradually when the sum of proppant is a constant.
