摘要
专业群群内互选课程建设是高职院校学分制与专业群建设的迫切需要,是实现专业群"一专多能"人才培养目标的有力支撑。大多数高职院校在群内互选课程建设中依然存在互选课程功能定位模糊、教学内容选择随意、教学手段与考核方式陈旧等现象。只有有效提升互选课程的供给质量、供给效率,才能满足群内学生个性化、多样化的教育需求。因此,在职业教育供给侧改革背景下开展专业群互选课程建设,必须要明确建设起点是学情与课程定位分析、核心是教学内容优化与整合、途径是教学模式与手段变革与调整、基本保障是双师素质教师队伍建设。
The construction of mutual elective courses within specialty groups is an urgent need for the credit system and specialty group construction in higher vocational colleges.It is a powerful support for realizing the goal of"versatile"talents in specialty groups.There are still some problems in the construction of mutual elective courses within the group for most of higher vocational colleges,for instance,the function of mutual elective courses is vague,the teaching contents are random,the methods of teaching and the assessment are outdated.Only by effectively improving the supply quality and supply efficiency of the mutual elective courses can we meet the individualized and diversified educational needs of the students within the group.Therefore,in the context of the supply side reform of vocational education,it is necessary to clarify that the starting point of construction is the analysis of academic conditions and curriculum orientation;the core is the optimization and integration of teaching contents;the method is the transformation and adjustment of teaching modes and means;guarantee is the construction of double qualified teachers.
