摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对吕梁学院健美操选项课的教学现状以及存在的问题进行研究与分析,希望能为吕梁学院的健美操选项课的优化提出合理建议。
This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the current teaching situation and existing problems of aerobics elective courses in Luliang University,hoping to put forward reasonable suggestions for the optimization of aerobics elective courses in Luliang University.
