含泥质单裂隙注浆扩散能力的试验研究

摘要 针对隧道破碎带裂隙含大量泥质时,注浆扩散距离难以达到设计要求的问题,本文运用室内模拟试验和理论对比分析的方法,研究注浆过程中,水灰比、水泥颗粒粗细度、起始注浆压力三个因素分别对扩散能力的影响.通过分别分析三个单因素对扩散距离及注浆压力的影响.得出增大水灰比、采用超细水泥都能有效的提高扩散距离,起始注浆压力对扩散距离的影响存在上限.其中采用超细水泥改变扩散能力的效果更为明显.为实际隧道断层破碎带注浆过程中,提高扩散能力提供有效的措施. In view of the problem that the diffusive distance of grouting is difficult to meet the design requirements when the cracks in the tunnel fractured zone contain a large amount of mud,the influence of water cement ratio,cement particle size and initial grouting pressure on the diffusive ability in the grouting process is studied in this paper by means of indoor simulation test and theoretical comparative analysis.And the influence of three single factors on diffusion distance and grouting pressure is analyzed.It is concluded that increasing water cement ratio and using ultra-fine cement can effectively increase the diffusion distance,and there is an upper limit on the influence of initial grouting pressure on the diffusion distance.Among them,the effect of using ultra-fine cement to change the diffusion ability is more obvious.It provides effective measures for improving the diffusion ability in the grouting process of the fault fracture zone of the actual tunnel.
